Information on the troupe of the Molodyozhniy Theatre on Fontanka River

 

There are 45 persons acting in the troupe of the Molodyozhniy Theatre on Fontanka River and 14 persons working as actors under contracts taking part in one or several performances.

Among permanent cast of the troupe there are well known in St. Petersburg actors as:

Honoured Actor of Russia Sergey Barkovsky,

Honoured Actor of Russia Alexandr Stroiev,

Honoured Actor of Russia Zoya Buriak,

Honoured Actor of Russia Dariya Yurgens,

Honoured Actor of Russia Ekaterina Untilova,

Honoured Actor of Russia Mikhail Chernyak,

Regina Schukina,

Anna Geller,

Poman Nechaiev and others.

In 1999 the troupe of the Molodyozhniy Theatre was enlarged with new forces of graduates from the St. Petersburg Theatre Academy (school of S. Ya. Spivak). Now second year students of the Actor and Director Faculty of the Theatre Academy (2004 year admission) are taking classes under guidance of S. Ya. Spivak in the Theatre.
